About Springfest 2012, Growing Together

The entire Blessed Sacrament community is excited for Springfest 2012, Growing Together! This year’s theme represents our desire to watch our children and school grow to their fullest potential. Our responsibilities as parents, educators, and community members are to provide the necessary components for this to occur. Tuition fees cannot do it alone. Blessed Sacrament relies on the money raised from this annual gala. In past years, Springfest has raised over $50,000; all of which has gone to help our school community. Most importantly, the money assures that our children have the tools necessary to grow to their fullest potential.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 28th at the Marriot City Center in Salt Lake City.

Raffle Tickets Now On Sale at all Masses!

We will be selling Raffle Tickets to benefit our Field Improvements Project at all weekend Masses April 14/15th and April 21/22nd.  Raffle Tickets can be purchased for $10 or 3 for $25.

Field Improvements Overall Plan
Field Improvements are designed to include adding a baseball backstop, iimproving the playground equipment, and adding shaded locations. These field improvements will benefit our students at recess as well as our parishioners participating in sports programs, and more.

The winner will be drawn the night of Springfest, April 28th and will win a California Vacation Package - valued at over $800, including 4 passes donated by Disneyland/California Adventure.

New Live Auction Item - Hot Tub Donated by DeVo Hot Tubs

We are pleased to announce that we will be auctioning off during the Live Auction at Springfest a fabulous hot tub donated by DeVo Hot Tubs! 

We will be posting pictures soon, but you can also see this beautiful hot tub on display this Saturday at the Blessed Sacrament Easter Egg Hunt - March 31st at 1:00pm.

Springfest Contest Winner!

Thank you to all the parents who participated in guessing the number of seed packets in the jar during Parent/Teacher Conferences last week. 


Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Watts, they were the winner of the $100 gift card to the Marriott Hotel, donated by Marriott International, Inc.   The seeds will be donated to Little Blessings Day Care to plant during spring and summer in their garden north of the school - watch for our summer blooms!

Haven't made your Marriott hotel room reservations yet for Springfest and want to stay overnight after the event?

Raffle Ticket Sales - Benefits the Field Improvement Project

2012 Springfest Raffle  
Raffle Tickets are now on sale for $10 each or $25 for three tickets.  All proceeds of the raffle directly go to benefit Phase One of the Field Improvement Project.  If you did not get a chance to buy your raffle tickets at Parent/Teacher Conferences, you can purchase tickets anytime between now and April 28th in the school office.  Also look for raffle sales at weekend masses in April at Blessed Sacrament Church. 

The winning ticket will be drawn at Springfest 2012 at the close of the Live Auction.  The winner will receive a California Adventure basket valued at over $800, including four Disney Park Hopper Vouchers and $400 in travel and hotel expenses. 

Thank you to Disneyland in Anaheim, CA for their generous donation of four one-day park hopper vouchers.
